Assesment/Evaluation

All Training Programs begin with a comprehensive health history and assessment (FMS- Functional Movement Screen and other tests) to determine present levels of orthopedic health, strength, flexibility, power and other fitness qualities based on what is needed for one’s sports, work and recreational activities. This helps ensure the the appropriate starting level in the training plan.

Soft-Tissue Work/Massage

Specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), advanced sports massage/stretching and fascial release techniques to help normalize the body’s soft-tissue system. This is instrumental when dealing with injuries (new or chronic).

Single Session (50-55 minutes, applies to Training and Massage Sessions)

Small Group Kettlebell/Semi-Private Training

 Small group training sessions are available that are geared towards the enhancement of athletic-style strength and conditioning (fat loss will be a nice side effect). Everyone can benefit from these classes, both professional and amateur athletes and non-athletes alike! Screening must take place first however to make sure you are given the proper starting progressions. I might suggest some private sessions first for some remedial work prior to entering the small group sessions. The last thing I want is anyone getting injured! Groups will be limited to 3-4 people  so please call 602-738-0562 or email (ksnideman@gmail.com) to reserve your spot today!

Fee Schedule: (All programs follow a monthly billing schedule.  There are no make up sessions for missed training sessions unless previously arranged with me in advance.) Cash, Check, or Credit Card accepted (Credit Card payment can be made with PayPal invoice I send via email).

Speed/Sprint Coaching  (from youth through Master’s)

I am available for private or small group/team sprint coaching sessions to those interested in enhancing their running mechanics and conditioning. I work with both track-specific athletes (i.e. sprinters/hurdlers/jumpers) and non-track athletes who are just trying to get faster for their respective sports (i.e. “game speed”). Please contact me if you are interested in this type of coaching!

Home Gym Design Consultation
Take the guesswork out of deciding what to buy and let me design the ideal home gym set-up for you. Forget the hassles at the gym at start training at home. Then, I’ll teach you how to use the equipment so it doesn’t end up a dusty close rack! Call or email for rates and scheduling.
